07 Mar 2025

At Hiba Academy Hangzhou (Nursery), we firmly believe that physical education extends far beyond building strong bodies—it serves as a cornerstone for children's holistic development. Our meticulously designed physical education curriculum not only focuses on children's physical growth but also emphasizes the comprehensive enhancement of their social skills, emotional nurturing, and life competencies.

Guided by the Hiba Bilingual Early Years Framework, our physical education program aims to create an optimal learning platform that fosters all-round physical development. This includes both gross and fine motor skill development, as well as the cultivation of critical abilities such as social interaction, teamwork, and independence. Within an inclusive, diverse, and secure environment, children gain positive learning experiences while deeply internalizing the Hiba values of Kindness, Responsibility, Respect, Courage, and Integrity.

We provide secure indoor and outdoor activity spaces, including an indoor multi-functional hall equipped with professional anti-slip materials and rigorously inspected outdoor areas, ensuring children's safety at all times.

02

Life Skills

Cultivating self-care and social interaction abilities—such as collaboration, communication, critical thinking, and active listening—through group activities. For instance, children learn to correctly put on and remove sports vests of different colors, practicing both self-reliance and teamwork.

Additionally, our specialized swimming program for children aged 3–6 prioritizes fun and safety. Through playful activities, children gradually acclimate to water environments and master fundamental swimming skills. As an essential life skill, swimming holds particular importance for young learners. The school's two 24-hour temperature-controlled swimming pools cater to diverse learning needs.

We are convinced that physical education is not merely a means to strengthen the body but also a vital pathway to character building and teamwork. Through sports, children discover their potential, experience joy, and grow into healthy, well-rounded individuals.
